Consultations
A consultation is deduced from your account when you view a candidate profile. Deduction does not apply if the candidate already contacted you or applied or if you already viewed their profile. In all these cases, the candidates will be marked by this icon in the search results.

With JobMire points you can:
A) Be a front page «Featured employer»
Your company logo could appear on JobMire.

This option is based on an auction system.

Employers wager Jobmire points for a prime location for their company logo for the next day.

You must buy a JobMire points package if you wish to use this feature.
The number of points wagered will be deducted from your account when you participate in an auction.

B) Place your job offers as «Featured job offers»
Your job offers may be featured on JobMire.

This option is based on an auction system.

Employers wager Jobmire points for a prime location for the next day.

C) Redirect applications directly to your website (VIP Only)
You can redirect directly to your website, candidates who wish to apply for your jobs posted on JobMire.

With this option, when a candidate consult one of your job offers and click on the Apply button, he will be automatically redirected to your website to complete his postulation.

You must purchase a pack of JobMire points if you want to use this option.

5 points will be subtracted from your account when a candidate clicks on your link and will be redirected to your website. If the same candidate clicks 2 times in one day, you will be charged only one point.

D) Replace a job offer in 1st position of the list of jobs
You can replace, in one click only, a job offer in first position of the list of jobs.

You have to be a VIP employer if you wish to use this option.

You can replace a job offer 1 time a day for a maximum of 5 by job offer.

50 points will be substracted from your account every time you replace a job offer in first position.
